Order Procedure

All our orders are online. After you place your order, we will send you an e-mail acknowledgement. Our phone, fax and email addresses are available in the contact us section of website. We will start processing your order only after we have received the payment. We accept payments in the form of Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Pay Pal.

We do offer PO orders to schools, churches, corporate organizations and others. All PO order's standard payment terms are net 30 days - all payments are due within 30 days from the date of invoice. You will be invoiced immediately upon receipt of your order. We will beat any competitor's price by 10%, if you provide us with the company's name and a link to their prices page.

Order Changes / Cancellations

Upon your request, to change or cancel your order. If the order has reached the pre-production set up phase, there may be higher cancellation or change charges that apply. If an item has begun production, unfortunately, we cannot stop or change the order. For any changes to the orders, you must call the sales department within 6 hours of placing the order with the correction. Also any cancellations of orders should be made within 6 hours of placing the order.


In case of reorders the colors might be slightly different as these are manually mixed. The logo and the artwork remains the same as per the previous order.


Price quotations are only valid if they are given in written by email.

Additional Order Information

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason. We also reserve the right to not produce phrases on products that we determine to be offensive, vulgar, violent, or in any way disagree with our policies, procedures, morals, and ethics.

Proof Reading

Our website lets you proof read and view order previews This will help you approve at the final product before it goes for production. You can ensure that the artwork brand design is as per your specification. However there can be slight variation between computer generated images and actual output. Please note proofs or order previews from our website are just approximate previews and do not guarantee an exact match.

The choice of approving and going ahead with it is yours. The actual colors might look a few shades darker or lighter due to the difference in monitor's resolutions. The proofing process is separate from the Production and Shipping timeline estimated by our website. If a proof is requested, Production Time and Shipping Time will start only after the customer approves the proof. We will send the proof via email for your approval. We will start production only after the approval. We will not be held responsible if a customer delays the approval process. If you request a proof, please check your e-mail inbox often, as well as your spam folder, so you can promptly review and approve the proof. The onus of spell checks, logo colors, size and style is on the customer.
